How Am I Gonna Get "Lean"?

I would like to have a lean body. Do I want too much?

What is the secret of this? Free from fat. How nice it would be!! But why is it too hard?

Well, the formula is very ancient: You 're gonna eat less and act more. In short, burn your fat doing more exercise. You're gonna release your energy. Don't eat too much carbo junk.Good bye to lovely cookies, pastries of all kinds, bread, pitas, bagels with sesami, cakes, rice, macaroni. All these beauties. Actually, you're not wanted to quit them totally, just  have a little bit. But there lies the tough thing .While eating,  how are you supposed to brake your wishes?

Well, they say the important thing is to "want"? OK. Here I do. I do want it. I have wanted to get lean for years. Who doesn't, anyway? Maybe a stronger word than that : "to be determined".

Actually, I managed to do that a few times in my life before. But again another important thing: "Sustainability " You struggle one year long to  come to a certain line and can stay there only one or two years more. That is it
Then they say change your  menu. The whole cuisine. Too much struggle for this challenge. It is not in vein that it has already become an industry.Being on a diet also requires a professional support.

To me, the issue has  a lot to do with your psychological situation. You need to get this sort of support not only from your psychologist or dietician but from everybody, your friends, family members, colleaugues, without too much intervention. With wise recommendations.but not just like "do this" "don't do this".Is there a magic remedy somewhere I am desperately seeking?
I need some help .
I wish I were thinner.
Here you see  Kristie's and Oprah's  before and after pics. Great success. But how much did it cost I wonder?
Are you one of those lucky people?

EVERYTHING'S GONNA BE ALRIGHT, BOB MARLEY

Do you like "REGGAE" music,Popular music style of Jamaican origin having elements of Calypso, soul and rock and characterized by a strongly accentuated offbeat?

Do you enjoy listening to Bob Marley?
I like  all sorts of music. There is always something which is close to your soul in the rhythym of music or the words whatever its sort is.That is more than addressing or meeting your taste.
Something from the piece somehow impresses you. From deep inside.Bob Marley is so pure, so simple, so sincere. Actually, my favorite is always "Is this love...?" Imagine this. You yourself even don't know if this is love or not.It is so much beyond your means. I chose  "Everything's gonna be alright" as it is a very positive song giving encouragement and it goes with  "future going to " right after the sample use. Have a look at this and enjoy!!!

"Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right.
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right!"

Rise up this mornin',
Smiled with the risin' sun,
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin' sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true,
Sayin', ("This is my message to you-ou-ou:")

Singin': "Don't worry 'bout a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right."
Singin': "Don't worry (don't worry) 'bout a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right!"

Rise up this mornin',
Smiled with the risin' sun,
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin' sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true,
Sayin', "This is my message to you-ou-ou:"

Singin': "Don't worry about a thing, worry about a thing, oh!
Every little thing gonna be all right. Don't worry!"
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing" - I won't worry!
"'Cause every little thing gonna be all right."

Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right" - I won't worry!
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,

Sunscreens and SPF

Sunscreen is a kind of substance or material for sun-protection such as a topical cream, lotion, ointment, gel, or spray that is applied to the skin; a salve or stick that is applied to the lips, nose, and eyelids; a moistener in towelettes that is rubbed against the skin; sunglasses that protect the eyes; some certain types of sun-protection clothing; and film screen that can be affixed to the windows of a car, room, or office.
Shortly, it can be defined as “Sunscreen is any substance or material that protects the skin from UV radiation.”

Sun protection is simply guarding a body from the dangerous effects of sunlight. In addition to heat hazards, the sun can permanently damage the skin by burning it, cause skin cancer and also wrinkling and signs of aging. Exposure to ultraviolet rays from the sun is a known risk factor for the development of skin cancers.

SPF is an abbreviation for sun-protection factor, which is a number such as 15, 30, or 50 that indicates the degree of sunburn protection provided by sunscreens. SPF numbers on a package can be as low as 2 and as high as 100. These numbers refer to the product's ability to screen or block out the sun's burning rays. SPF is related to the total amount of sun exposure rather than simply the length of sun exposure. Be aware that the amount of sun exposure depends on a number of factors in terms of the length of exposure, time of day, geographic location, and weather conditions.

If you apply too little sunscreen, this can only reduce the effective SPF of the product. It is recommended that about 1 ounce (5-6 teaspoons) of sunscreen should be applied to cover the entire body. Another crucial point is that sunscreen must be reapplied every two hours when staying outdoors for a prolonged period of time. Remember that sunscreen should also be applied at least 30 minutes before going outdoors. On average, a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more is recommended especially for people with sensitive skin if they spend most of their time outdoors.
Enjoy the sunny days of the summer without any risks!

Why to Use A Scooter Motorcycle?

Feel the Freedom Onboard a Scooter Motorcycle

Do you want to have the spirit of freedom, fun and adventure paying closer attention to new sights, sounds and smells ? This is possible onboard a scooter. Can you imagine that just with the simple twist of a throttle, you’re on your way to experiencing everything around you with raised awareness and a fresh perspective?  Scooter makes it all so easy, inexpensive and environmentally friendly.

Yes. Just focus on the thrill and adventure of the ride. With an automatic twist n’ go transmission, upright riding position and the security of  steel frame, an exceptional average fuel economy which means far less expensive than even public transportation users. An average of just $8 fills up your tank.  And let’s not miss the importance of the clean-running of a scooter. Parking? So easier.Simplicity itself ! While spinning your wheels and talking about future solutions, you’re reducing energy consumption, environmental pollution and traffic congestion right now.

You quickly figure out that even everyday travel becomes a memorable adventure onboard a scooter. It is so much easier than a car for a daily commute into the city, a last-minute errand, a fast weekend trip to the  market – suddenly you’ll soon realise that you’ll look for reasons to twist the throttle and go. Do you have time for a change in your life? Then switch gears without ever shifting and take your scooter away for the weekend or a leisurely jaunt to destination unknown.Very impressive, indeed. Stuck in traffic? Your scooter is your traffic congestion escape clause.

You can get wherever you want riding with a minimum of fuel, a maximum of pleasure and plenty of storage space to bring your laptop or that gallon of organic orange juice or your belongings. For every mile traveled on your fuel-efficient scooter means you’ve made a lasting contribution to conserving your nation’s energy resources, the environment and other commuters who share the same road getting sick and tired of congestion.

As soon as you start riding a scooter , you will notice subtle changes.Your commute is shorter and more enjoyable. Stress evaporates away because riding your scooter is literally the easiest thing you'll do all day. You are making a lot of contribution  to ease traffic congestion and parking.

Why don’t you start your journey to freedom and fun? Just choose your scooter according to your style and determining how  to use it. Scooter engine sizes, which determine top speed, some range from 50cc to 250cc. Some, like the S 150 and the GTS 250, are suitable for the highway and quick trips around town as well. 50cc scooters are best for local riding. Talk to your local dealer to determine which Scooter is appropriate for you. After you've chosen your scooter, decide what accessories you need to complement your lifestyle. Remember to add a top case for more storage, get a second helmet for your co-pilot, make your scooter shine with chrome kits, and keep it safe and sound with a heavy duty lock and vehicle cover.Wow !! Off you go, guys!!

Of course, you know you are supposed to sign all the necessary paperwork with your dealer and register your Scooter with the DMV. Many dealers will help facilitate this on-site for a nominal charge.DMV.ORG Unofficial Guide to the DMV.

Secondly, you may need to take your Permit test. You may need a motorcycle license depending on your state's laws and scooter's engine size. You can call your local dealer or visit your state's DMV website to learn more. The permit test is as easy as  taking your car permit test when you were 16, which’s a similar test with questions specific to motorcycle/scooter driving. You can prepare for it by reading and digesting the relevant driver's manual which you can find on your state's DMV website.

New riders should take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) RiderCourse. In many states, if you graduate from MSF RiderCourse, you can also qualify for lower insurance premiums and completion and of course passing the MSF course will give you your motorcycle license endorsement without having to sign-up for a road test. You can also be offered a Scooter School program, specifically designed for scooterists in some MSF locations. And in some states, you are allowed to take your rider test on a scooter.  You can check with your local dealer, MSF and DMV websites for details specific to your state.

Another important thing to do is to insure your Scooter. If you own a car, just add your scooter to your current policy. Don’t worry if you don't own a car, just ask your local dealer for some insurance company recommendations.
Just Twist n Go!
Why are you still here? Get outside and experience riding a scooter!! Enjoy the freedom
and fun !!

TEARS IN HEAVEN

"Tears in Heaven" is a song about a true life story that Eric Clapton had lived through. Actually, it was a tragedy that happened to him.
Clapton wrote this about his 4-year-old son Conor, who died when he fell out of a 53rd floor window in the apartment where his mother was staying in New York City. Clapton had one other child at the time: His daughter Ruth was born in 1987, the year after Conor was born.

Here Eric, one of the greatest guitarists, is talking to his son dreaming that they would meet in Heaven and he wonders if Conor would know his name and  would  hold his hand if they saw each other there.

TEARS IN HEAVEN    BY ERIC CLAPTON

Would you know my name

If I saw you in heaven

Will it be the same

If I saw you in heaven
I must be strong, and carry on
Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

Would you hold my hand
If I saw you in heaven
Would you help me stand
If I saw you in heaven
I'll find my way, through night and day
Cause I know I just can't stay
Here in heaven

Time can bring you down
Time can bend your knee
Time can break your heart
Have you begging please
Begging please

(instrumental)

Beyond the door
There's peace I'm sure.
And I know there'll be no more...
Tears in heaven

Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven
Will it be the same
If I saw you in heaven
I must be strong, and carry on
Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

A very sad story, isn't it? You can feel the great pain he suffers from in the deep inside while listening to the rhythm of the music and lyrics together. I wish it had never happened. Unfortunately, death of a child  is an unbearably though loss that cannot be explained and expressed.

When it comes to Grammar-Learning, this song is a very good example for second type IF CLAUSES, which explain our wishes, regrets, dreams referring unreal future and present, but  never ever  past situations although past forms are used.
They appear to be unreal wishes or dreams now but they may come true in the future. Who knows?

Use of the Simple Past Tense

The Simple Past Tense is used for the completed actions in the past:

I went to Baltimore yesterday.
We played golf two days ago.
She saw her childhood friend last Wednesday.
They  gave a party last weekend.
I graduated from high school  a month ago.

It is also used in different ways referring to  present and future for unreal imaginative wishes, regrets, dreams:

PAST REFERRING TO  PRESENT OR FUTURE

I WISH……..did/ were……
I wish you did it.
I wish you came to my party tomorrow.
I wish she spoke English.
I wish she were here with me. (You can use” were” instead of “was”)

Choose the correct verb form:

IT IS A PITY  YOU DON’T KNOW ENG.WELL.
I WISH YOU …………………….ENG. WELL.(knew/know)

I WANT  TO BE HOME NOW. IT IS A PITY I AM NOT HOME.
I WISH  I…………………………HOME NOW.(am/ were)

IF ONLY
It is used like “I wish..”

IF ONLY YOUR MUM WERE ALIVE NOW.
If only you (do) …………..your job  regularly .(do/ did )

IT IS TIME SB DID STH

IT‘S TIME YOU WENT TO BED.( This means  It‘s time to go to bed.)
It’s time they  (study)……..………………..now.(studied/ study )
It’s time she ( sing)…………songs.(sings/ sang )

IF CLAUSES, type 2, Unreal

IF I HAD A LOT OF MONEY NOW, I WOULD BUY A MINI.
( I don’t have a lot of  money)

If I (study)………………..hard, I would get  better results.

IF I WERE YOU, I WOULDN’T ACT SO.

If I (be)…………… a PM, I would open new job areas .

IF IT WEREN’T FOR ….= Without..

IF IT WEREN’T FOR YOUR HELP, I WOULDN’T BE SO SUCCESSFUL.(Without your help, ..)

WOULD RATHER SB DID STH  (prefer)

TOM DRIVES TO WORK EVERY DAY BUT I’D RATHER HE TOOK A BUS INSTEAD.

She wants to buy the black dress but I’d rather she ………………..the red one.(buys/bought)

AS IF /AS THOUGH

WE KNOW THAT HE IS GUILTY, BUT HE ACTS AS IF HE WERE INNOCENT.
You can’t talk to me as if you ………….my dad.(were/are )

Be aware that Lyrics will be a good way of your learning a language.

Here is Pink Floyd' s  song to remind us of “I wish ..”

Pink Floyd

Wish You Were Here

So, so you think you can tell
Heaven from Hell,
Blue skys from pain.
Can you tell a green field
From a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?

And did they get you to trade
Your heros for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange
A walk on part in the war
For a lead role in a cage?

How I wish, how I wish you were here.
We're just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl,
Year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have we found?
The same old fears.
Wish you were here.

Choosing the Right Pair of Sports Shoes

 Sports Shoes

Once  there was just one athletic shoe and  You had to use it as there was no other alternative. There didn’t use to be another kind.As people’s needs varied, several kinds of sports shoes came into existence to meet the need.
We  have  different kinds of sports shoes available on the market today and there are also a lot of fashion trends we can follow to choose from, the most comfortable, the most attractive, the best brand, the latest trend. The point here is depending on your particular activity there is a sports shoe that is right for you. The hard thing is to make a selection from several kinds and use it for that reason only if it is wanted to get the most out of it .
Choosing the right pair of shoes is essential to your performance. Your sports shoes need to protect your feet and ankles from twisting and can grip easily without slipping on mountainous terrain.
The examples of sports shoes and their uses is sourced from the link below:
www.natural-holistic-health.com/the-importance-of-choosing-the-right-pair-of-sports-shoes/
On the field, some sports need more traction than others. Shoes with spikes like cleats help you to dig into the ground when you are playing sports like baseball and football. Cleats can be sharp or blunted but with just enough dig to do the job.
Here are a few examples of sports shoes and their uses.
* Tennis shoes – These are the shoes we all used to wear for gym class. They have a classic flat rubber sole with a cloth or leather upper. Tennis shoes are now good for everyday activities. And like the name says, they function well when playing tennis.
* Aerobic shoes – When you are jumping to the beat, in spin class or doing step aerobics, you need a shoe that will keep up with you. Good arch support is a must when you are moving around like that. Shock absorbing material in the heels protects your knees from too much jarring when you jump.
* Hiking boots – These are specialized sports shoes. These shoes have high tops to protect your ankles from the rough environment. Your shoes have deep tread to grip rocks, ledges, trees and the like depending on what you are scaling.
* Running shoes – There are tons of these on the market today. Depending on what you need, you may look for a thicker sole, extra arch support, shoe material that lets your foot breathe, and shock absorbers that make you feel like you are running on a cloud.
Whatever athletic shoe you choose, use it for that reason only if you want to get the most out of it. Wearing your hiking shoes as everyday shoes when not hiking can whittle down the sole. Wearing your cleats would obviously not do when running or in the aerobic studio. Keep each pair of shoes unique to its sport so they are in great condition the next time that you need them.
Choosing the right sports shoe is important to your performance. Decide what type of shoe you are looking for and seek out models with the same attributes.

Octopus Paul Allen and World Cup Predictions

Paul Allen, the Octopus has become so popular that since Spain defeated Germany, Paul has become the center of attention and the talking point of every social network now as if it were a renowned celeb . It is considered to be a Psychic Octopus anyway.
According to Paul Octopus’s prediction, Spain will come in the final match of the World Cup football. After this forecast, German fans are looking upset.
Paul Octopus was kept in Oberhausen’s water organism school of West Germany.

It is reported that whatever "Paul Octopus" predicted during World Cup 2010 has proven to be accurate
Paul the Octopus says Spain will win the World Cup final on Sunday.
Well, the psychic octopus has a perfect record so far, but it has only predicted Germany’s games.

The psychic octopus has chosen to get the mussel in the box having the Spanish flag on it, not the one with the Netherlands national flag on it.
According to the psychic sea creature with eight tentacles, it means that Spain will be the happy winner team at the end of the final.
The Oberhausen octopus has already predicted 6 out of 6 results perfect at the World Cup 2010, especially when it predicted correctly Germany’s defeat against Argentina, it has caused the biggest upset
Everyone is waiting for his predicting the winner of Fifa Finals World Cup 2010. Octopus Football Facts are very accurate and Octopus Paul Allen is getting more and more famous for his true predictions.
However, weird to say, these games only involved Germany. We are eager to see if it does well predicting games not involving Germany, for the sake of variety. Just wait 'n' see.

World Cup 2010, Xabi Alonso

Unforgettable Quotes
There you go: the photo of Spain's Xabi Alonso after his side defeated Germany 1-0 to qualify for the World Cup final.
I would like to share a few quotes, actually mostly what Alonso said about World Cup Final on my blog today. These extracts are taken from the net, Dominic Fifield’s article and the photo of Alonso by John Macdougall from the link below:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/jul/08/spain-xabi-alonso-jose-reina
What impressed me most is what the team believed as well as the style they have, the way they played affected their success. What Alonso said is a good example for the importance of team cooperation and collaboration. To me they are unforgettable quotes.

World Cup 2010: Xabi Alonso says Spain team 'believe in each other'• Alonso wants to do 'something massive for whole country'
'We can find spaces to cause danger,' says Spain midfielder

"It was the performance we needed," said Xabi Alonso .
"We have been coping with the pressure quite well because we knew people expected so much of us," said Alonso. "The role of favourites doesn't help you at all. You have to justify it and show why people rate you on the pitch, but we've been playing well. We play like we play – we have our style, and we needed that in a semi-final.
Spanish progress through the knockout phase has been smoothed by a sequence of narrow wins but, for prolonged periods in the Moses Mabhida Stadium last night, they threatened a full-scale return to their scintillating best. This side lack the bite, pace and movement of an in-form Fernando Torres at the tip, a gliding outlet for all attacks, but their invention remains.
"Can we play better? It's more important just to win the games. We're playing well and are giving so much to each other: we keep the ball so well, believe in each other, and always have options both in attack and defence. We have the same ideas, and we know what each other – Xavi, Iniestia – wants to do, finding the spaces to cause danger. We have been playing like this for the last three years, so it is instinct now.
"But we also know that, if we're not at 100%, we can suffer against any side. So the key to our success is that willingness to work. But, for me personally, it is just a privilege to be among this group of players. There is so much quality here. We have enjoyed what we've achieved so far, but now we want to do something massive for the whole country."

History had already been made with a semi-final appearance. The opportunity to end Spain's long wait to claim the World Cup itself cannot be passed up. "It is a huge moment for the whole country," said José Reina. "We are one step away from achieving what everyone wants. Sure, we've already done what no other team in Spanish history has managed, so from this situation we can only win. We can be proud of what we have achieved regardless of what happens on Sunday, but we are desperate to win.
"We must stick to our principles. The passing philosophy we have brought us this far, to the final. We have to be loyal to that. We know each other by memory now, and we're content to be patient. Games are tight in a World Cup, so you have to keep working to find the space. We did it in the end against Germany. The Dutch have similarities with the Germans and have really good, skilful players. We will have respect, but confidence in our own ability to find a way through."
The Dutch may attempt to impose themselves more on the contest than Germany – a side better adapted to striking on the break, as they did to devastating effect against England and Argentina – but Spain's confidence will not be deflected. "The Germans were scared of giving us space and we hadn't expected them to be so defensively minded," added Iniesta. "They allowed us to have the ball.
"But, even so, we played the complete game. The teamwork was fantastic. We are in our first World Cup final and we will give everything we have left to fulfil the dream. We don't care who the opponents are. This is our chance."

STREET EATS :Turkish Delight

I would like to write about "Yufka Wrap" as a good quick fix lunch alternative. I got this delicious photo of Yufka Wrap and some lines from the link of the mag called "Pukka Living" a guide to modern Istanbul:
pukka@pukkaliving.com
Hope you will like it as I do.

Can "TURKISH DELIGHT" be "WRAPPERS DELIGHT" now?

Street eats are all over town but I am sure there is always one you choose. It is your favorite one which makes you enjoy a quick good fix. You wait for your "yufka"

wrap by watching the street here while your mind is obsessed with this "out of this world" object of food which goes with a good quality bottle of yougurt juice. How Typical Turkish food and drink combination ! By the way, I have just learnt that yougurt is also very beneficial to decrease the bad effects of food for our blood sugar. That is why milk and milky products are always recommended with this sort of food. Consider "manti", "lahmacun","börek", always yougurt or yougurt juice is consumed together.

Anyway, enough is enough for vitamins. Let's come back to our "Turkish Wrap Delight" street food.

These light attractive wraps have a wild range from meat-roast beef, lamb , hot dog and fish selections to light and fluffy broccoli, beetroot, mushroom and tofu with soy sauce and even cold meat pieces or cheese alternatives. You can find a place like this for yourself to love and enjoy a quick food fix while sipping a big glass of icy cold yougurt juice"ayran".

When it comes to the orders which are being made in front of your hungry eyes and the fresh cut flavours which are displayed something like a show spectacular, it seems almost impossible that you are not in a good mood for a wrap of Turkish Delight. On the contrary, it can be a great stress terminator , I guess.

Your lunch break seems to be the best time of the working hours' period as a whole. Actually, the best time of the day and if only you could share this with a friend fun to be with ! Enjoy your lunch !

That's a little pleasure of life, right?

45 LESSONS LIFE TAUGHT ME

Life Long Learning

We learn a lot from life so instead of listening to advice, life experience means a lot more to us .

Songs, poems, films, proverbs, quotable quotes, books, all sorts of writings, even graffitis and murals, those wall paintings source from what we live and feel and dream about and they are all the things which are put in a nutshell: Summary of life experience . You can find a dramatically long lost love story or a broken romance in a short song. Life is somehow compacted there. Like the songs which are compacted into a CD.

When it comes to “45 lessons life taught me” written by Regina Brett, 90 years old, of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland, Ohio, you will find very beneficial points of views. You may agree or not with her but it is worth having a look at them. I wanted to publish them here because I believe that 90-year-old Regina’s life lessons teach us some useful ways on how to cope with tough life conditions as well as learning English as the sentences are rather simple, easy and clear. Here you go and have fun :

"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I've ever written.

My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:

A True Life Story
Last month I received an interesting offer. One of the Turkish residents in the UK offered me to give her English lessons online. She was in London and I was in Izmir.Via Skype, we communicated and we did our lessons. Before the lessons, I sent her some links involved with the subjects.Or I created some information on my own on "word" and sometimes from grammar, sometimes from songs, sometimes from the "forward messages",sometimes from astrology-horoscopes, sometimes from short stories or from a post on a website, I got info from different sources. On top of all, she asked me questions that she didn't know and I answered them.It was actually a "tailored made" study. This really gave a new enthusiasm to my career life.
It was so practical, interactive and beneficial. You didn't have to go to courses as a student or a teacher.
Wow!I tried the mystery of the computer screen It became my board, school, class everything.I listened to the sound of silence -sometimes too much noise of traffic-in London on the background and did my lessons.
Fantastic! How amazing!

Learning English Tips

Steps to Learn English
While practising some important sentence patterns and tenses , it is wiser to keep a sample sentence in mind instead of memorising a lot of rules and formulas, which can easily be forgotten."Substitution" is also great in order to expand this sample. We should also practise negative and several question forms in order to say that "I know this tense very well" as well as specific time expressions. In the end, telling a paragraph in that tense would be lovely and very profitable.
My sample sentence: "I love you" (beynimdeki favori cümlem )
Substitution: (yerine yerleştirme olarak) : You love me /He loves me/ She loves him /I understand you /You understand me /She visits you /You know me / I know you
gibi değişik öğelerle oynamak üzere yeni cümleler üretebilirim.

Daha sonra negative ve question hallerini denemeli.
I don't love you .
You don't know me .
He doesn't know French.
She doesn't like pop.

Do you love me ?
Does he love me ?

What time do you get up ?
When do you get to school?
What do you do every day ?
Who knows English?
Who loves rock music?
Time expressions
En son da mutlaka "time expressions" uyumlu zaman ifadeleri akılda tutulmalı.
Every ....
On Mondays
In the mornings
sıklık belirten sözcükler: often, always, usually...

She usually has a cup of coffee and a cookie at breakfast every morning.

Şimdi de sıra genel birşeyler anlatmaya geldi.10 cümle civarı bir şeyler anlatmaya çalışmalı.
A sample paragraph in S. present
